چکیده
Cryptosporidium spp., Enterocytozoon bieneusi, and Giardia duodenalis are zoonotic pathogens commonly found in the intestinal tract of mammalian hosts including livestock humans. The prevalence these eukaryote microorganisms domestic animals their interaction with microbiota not yet fully recognized. We analyzed composition metagenomics functional characterization Cluster Orthologous (COG) Bactrian camels, which were raised on Qinghai-Tibet Plateau, Northwest China. Thus, fecal samples collected from to determine parasite infection profile microbiota. Analysis at genus level revealed important features between parasites bacterial community. Coprococcus Prevotella more abundant while Akkermansia had lower relative abundance E. bieneusi infection. Bacteria Akkermansia, Lactococcus, Oxalobacter, Sphaerochaeta, Paludibacter, Fibrobacter, Anaerovibrio, Pseudomonas, Mogibacterium, Pseudoramibacter_Eubacterium, YRC22, Flexispira, SMB53, AF12, Roseburia genera under-presented Oscillospira over-presented when G. was present. Meanwhile, spp. co-infected showed Allobaculum, Rikenella, Shuttleworthia, Epulopiscium, Bilophila, Dorea, TG5. Results demonstrate microbiota, provide informative link for understanding co-evolution bacteria animals.

Prevalence and genetic characterization of Cryptosporidium, Enterocytozoon, Giardia and Cyclospora in diarrheal outpatients in china
BACKGROUND Cryptosporidium spp., Enterocytozoon spp., Giardia spp. and Cyclospora spp. are important intestinal protozoan parasites causing diarrhea in humans, livestocks and wildlife and have a significant impact on public health. No reports exist about simultaneous prevalence rates or genotyping data of these four parasites in outpatients from China. METHODS Fecal specimens from 252 diarrhe...
متن کاملResponses of Permafrost on the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau, China, to Climate Change and Engineering Construction
Monitoring of permafrost along the Qinghai-Tibet (Xizang) Highway shows that there is a large difference in the response of permafrost to climate change and to engineering construction. The change in cold (,21.5uC) permafrost is greater than that in warm ($21.5uC) permafrost under the effect of climate change, while the cold permafrost is less sensitive to the disturbances from engineering acti...

This study establishes an information system of the wetlands and lakes on the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau. We sort up on the wetlands and use Visual Basic 6.0 for the management and development of MapObjects, and the ArcSDE pattern to place the spatial and attribute data into the Microsoft SQL Server relational integrated database. We demonstrate how this Wetland Information System, containing all th...

China Abstract The Qinghai–Tibet Plateau uplifted 13000 m in the Quaternary period. The average rate of uplift was 1–1.1 mm/year. The uplifting has remolded the geomorphology of China. The landform in China was changed from west-low and east-h...
متن کاملThe Response Relation between Climate Change and NDVI over the Qinghai-Tibet plateau
Based on a long-term vegetation index dataset of NDVI and meteorological data from 68 meteorological stations in the Qinghai-Tibet plateau and their relations with major climate factors were analyzed. The results show the following: 1) The linear trends of temperature in the Qinghai-Tibet plateau indicate that the temperature in the plateau generally increased, but it rose faster in the last 20...
